Mushroom Cultivation Workshop at The AcreageSaturday, April 22 10:00-1:00 PMThe Acreage at Osceola is offering a mushroom cultivation workshop with local mushroom expert Tavis Lynch. Participants will learn cultivation methods for several species of mushroom on natural logs, composted straw, and sawdust. All class attendees will make and take an inoculated log to grow mushrooms at home. Tickets: $30 50% off Limited scholarships are available. An expert forager and mycologist, Tavis is the author of "Mushroom Cultivation"(Quarto) and "The Beginner's Guide to Mushrooms" (Quarto).
