She is currently on the Board of Directors of Smartleaf, Inc., a FinTech company. She also serves on the Advisory Boards of Aliro Group, LLC, an advanced talent management SaaS platform. She was formerly Chair and CEO of NASD and NYSE member firm Martin Simpson & Company, Inc. and Chair and CEO of NASDAQ-listed Sanctuary Woods Multimedia Corporation, an award-winning Education and Entertainment Software company. Charlotte also co-founded and served on the Board of MOCA Systems, Inc., a leading Design and Construction Software Services company. In addition, she has served in C-Level Operating or Consulting roles at Doolli, Inc., Faith Popcorn's Brainreserve, Infratab, Inc., Purchased, Inc., Quality Interactions and Vuzix Corporation, among others. Charlotte is a member of the American College of Corporate Directors and holds an Executive Master Director certification. She is also a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum in Cambridge and New York, as well as E2, where she is also a mentor for the E2 fellowship program.
