This class will provide you with hands on experience with both the drill press and bandsaw. You will start class with a block of hardwood that you will then transform into a stylized and sculpted vase using a variety of tools. Students will drill holes through the tops and sides then sculpt your vase body with a carefully planned series of cuts on a bandsaw and after sanding and oiling will insert a test tube down the middle -perfect for your favorite flowers! No experience necessary – beginners
