Building a successful downtown means creating an ecosystem where small businesses can both survive and thrive. Not only this, but the hope is that more businesses will want to move to your downtown district and grow your economic base. Join Joi Austin from Main Street America and the Indiana Main Street team as we do a deep dive into how to properly retain your current businesses (and hopefully encourage them to expand/grow), recruit new businesses and have the tools to show off your town in the best way possible, and how to market your community so that you are positioning yourself as a successful hub for business. Please note that this is an in-person workshop and we will be walking around, so wear comfortable shoes.
