Description

This program has been in existence for over 15 years to bring the professionals in Stroke Care together with Stroke Survivors and Caregivers to learn from one another and to have specialists in areas of recovery and acute care speak. In addition, non-traditional treatments are shared so those working to recover from stroke have as many resources as possible. Long lasting relationships have been established as a result of the connections made.
