Midwest Youth Services and the Morgan County Juvenile Justice Council have arranged for an afternoon at the movies on the March SIP day, Wednesday, March 29th. At early dismissal, up to 50 Jacksonville Middle School students will be provided one-way transportation via West Central Mass Transit from JMS to the Illinois Theatre. Students will be provided pizza, popcorn, and a drink while enjoying the movie. Parents will be responsible for arranging a plan for transportation following the movie. Parents must register their student on Eventbrite AND complete permission forms in order to attend. Students must attend Jacksonville Middle school to participate. Chaperones for the event are provided by Midwest Youth Services. *Registration does not guarantee your spot. You must register on Eventbrite and turn in your students permission forms by 3/27/23. Following registration, forms will be emailed to the address provided at registration. Printed forms are available to pick up at either JMS or Midwest Youth Services. You will receive a personal phone call and email from Midwest Youth Services to confirm your students attendance.
