3.21 Is the first ever International Day of Play and you're invited to the Texas State Capitol to unleash the kid within. No matter what age you are, this is your permission slip to fun. Take the afternoon off and enjoy the first day of spring. Take a break and GO PLAY Step onto the pickle-ball court with your boss to take on a duo from another department. Create a team with a few friends and enter into the Portal Arena for a Gel Blaster battle. Team up with a sibling and take on your parents in the relay race. Dance to live music, do some yoga, play giant jango, get your spike ball on, or get into the several other activations we'll have for you. or... bring a blanket, chill on the grass with a friend, and people watch while enjoying free snacks and drinks from our various sponsors. This event is FREE and open to the public. Family friendly with activities for all ages. We are a local Austin startup, Gel Blaster, and we are launching our #goplay initiative because we believe that play has the power to heal the world. Our mission is to get kids outdoors playing and awaken the kid within all of us. Join us on this first International Day of Play and invite your friends, co-workers, and family.
