On May 7, at the Beacon Grand in San Francisco, in front of a panel of professional chefs, the finest bakeries in the San Francisco area will compete for the prize of Best Croissant in San Francisco. Sample all the finest croissants and other pastries made by our finalists and vote on which bakery receives the Fan Prize, while our judges award the Grand Prix.
