Join us for Career Chats, an evening of professional development & networking! This free in-person event is an opportunity to meet other professionals and hear from a panel of career experts, including Al Dea and Kea Meyers Duggan. You'll hear advice on positioning yourself best in your career and owning your path! The evening’s keynote speaker is Madeline Mann of Self Made Millennial. About Our Speakers Keynote: Madeline Mann is an HR & Recruiting leader known for her award-winning job search YouTube and TikTok Channels, Self Made Millennial, garnering an audience of 1 million+ people. Mann’s job search coaching programs have led to thousands of success stories, and her work has been featured on ABC, Bloomberg, New York Times, and more. Panelist: Al Dea is a speaker, facilitator, author, and researcher on leadership and career development. He is the Founder of Betterwork Labs, a leadership development consulting firm focused on helping leaders build companies that attract, develop and retain diverse talent. Dea's research and insights have been published in outlets such as Fast Company, Business Insider, and Time Magazine. He previously worked at Salesforce and Deloitte Consulting LLP. Dea received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Theology from Boston College, and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Chapel-Hill. Panelist: Kea Meyers Duggan is an award-winning entrepreneur, podcast host, recognized career coach, and speaker on overcoming fear. She has worked with hundreds of driven emerging and experienced leaders globally to help them build the courage they need to create their own holistic vision for success, then break that vision down into realistic steps they can take immediately.
