Description

Severin Drix, a second-generation Holocaust survivor, will speak about his father's experience in the Janowska concentration camp and the efforts by a Polish family to hide him for more than a year. His father, Dr. Samuel Drix, wrote a memoir, "Witness to Annihilation: Surviving the Holocaust," published in 1994. Our program will also include a candle lighting ceremony of local descendants of Holocaust survivors and a performance by the Abi Gezunt singers.
