It’s that time of year again! Keep Pinellas Beautiful will be hosting the 2023 Great American Cleanup, the nation’s largest community improvement program, in partnership with Keep America Beautiful, Pinellas County, and Seagram's Escapes from March 1st – June 30th. This Keep America Beautiful signature event engages over 7,000 volunteers, removing litter and beautifying locations throughout Pinellas County. Please join Keep Pinellas Beautiful and Pinellas County for a native tree planting on April 1st at A.L. Anderson Park in Tarpon Springs! *** WHEN: Saturday, April 1st at 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM WHERE: Anderson Park - 39699 US -19 N, Tarpon Springs, FL. 34689. Meeting location details coming soon. WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear closed toed shoes and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Hat, sunglasses, and weather appropriate clothing is recommended. WHAT TO EXPECT: All supplies will be provided including gloves, shovels, sunscreen, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. A water refill station will be available, please bring a refillable bottle. Volunteers will receive a free KPB t-shirt for participating! PARKING: Free parking is available within the park.
