Calling those who are nostalgic for the delicacies from the former Brasserie at Bennington Potters! Join Lake Paran's Cabin Fever Cooking Class II: Featuring Favorites from the Former Brasserie at Bennington Potters. Lead by Chef Michael Mahar, demonstrations will include Brasserie staples including the Paté Brisse, Sucree, and Au Chouix, sSpinach Quiche, and Quiche Loraine, and more. The class will incorporate some hands on elements, tasting, and demonstrations. Each participant will leave with recipes demonstrated in class and hearts reminiscent for the days of the Brasserie. Where: Lake Paran Community Kitchen (269 Houghton Street, North Bennington, VT 05257) When: Sunday, April 16th from 1pm-4pm Cost: $50.00 per participant, includes professional demonstrations, take home recipes, skill development, and tastings.
