Remember the “Buddy Bands” Saved by the Bell episode? It’s iconic! It was all about coming together and supporting friendships. Well guess what? Our next event is all about BANDING together to enjoy a Saturday morning sweat sesh at @theaktpowell
AKT is a functional approach to fitness combining dance-based cardio, strength, tone and circuit training in an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere. We will be participating in their BAND Class. So grab a buddy and come move to the music while you focus on balance, agility and full body conditioning using their unique overhead resistance bands and AKT ploy box.
Not only will we get a great workout, there will be a post Band workout social time with brunch snacks, mimosas, raffle prizes and a selfie corner perfect for documenting a Saturday morning well spent with your best buddies. The only question is…which buddy are you bringing?
