Join us on the 2023 Spring Equinox- the halfway point of the seasons where the dark equals the light- on Monday MARCH 20th at 630pm at the Bethany at SHINE Wellness (upstairs) in the Velvet Mill. The Spring Equinox is a time for new beginnings, renewal, planting seeds and connecting to the earth. This Breathwork session is an emotional release Breathwork with a focus on finding your BALANCE on the powerful energetic day of the equinox. As always we will provide a safe space for your to explore the power of your breath, feel your emotions and feelings and decide what seeds you want to plant for the next chapter of your life. This session includes Breathwork and Meditation and is appropriate for ALL levels to join. This event is Hosted by Bethany Kowaleski Ayurveda Teacher, Holistic Health Coach, Breathwork Instructor, Usui Reiki practitioner, Co-hosted by Johnny Longinidis, Breathwork Instructor, Teacher Trainer, Transformational Coach, Usui Reiki practitioner This event will be about 90 minutes and is open to the first 25 people who commit by purchasing through the link below.
