We are thrilled to have Lisa Kimball, CEO of The Arc of Loudoun, as she shares with us on April 11.Lisa Kimball is a results-driven executive who fervently believes that compassion is actionable. Lisa has extensive experience in business operations and financial management, strategic planning, human resource administration, and service delivery. A self-described ‘pathological volunteer’, Ms. Kimball has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in running both shareholder-profit and social-profit businesses. Having spent most of her career in computer engineering, Lisa brought her cyber expertise in privacy protection and identity assurance to Telos Corporation, serving as Vice President, Identity Management Solutions for many years. She assumed the helm of The Arc of Loudoun as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Lisa's current volunteer endeavors include the Advisory Board of the Loudoun County Medical Reserve Corps; the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation; and the Board of Directors for the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce.
