Wednesday 3/29 will be instructed by Maylynne Rayos
Maylynne Rayos, “Move with May”, is a San Diego-based group fitness instructor who hosts community fitness events throughout the county, as well as teaches corporate classes, both virtually and in person. May specializes in barre, HIIT, spin, and strength/sculpt. She has taught for companies like Yelp, Slalom, Hyatt, and more. Additionally, May teaches for different brands, such as Alo, Fabletics, Athleta, and Allbirds. Her fitness philosophy is to provide an all-inclusive group fitness environment, that allows individuals to come as themselves and enjoy movement.
5:30 - Barre workout class begins
6:30 - Social Hour hosted by Kové
WHAT TO BRING: water, towel, yoga mat, barre/sticky/yoga socks (although the workout can be done with athletic shoes as well).
