Botanical waters are hydrosols. They are extremely mild and remarkably adaptable while containing the aroma and comparable botanical advantages of an essential oil. We will see how to produce hydrosols in the kitchen using freshly picked herbs from Cropsey Community Farm during the demonstration. The hydrosol will be used to create a cooling mist for the home, hair, and skin. If you want to take a sample home with you, bring your own tiny bottle! You can sign up here or in person at the farm.
