Spring Equinox marks the transition from winter to spring. This is a wonderful invitation for us to take a step back, rest and re-align our mind, body, and spirit to the cycles of change in nature. This is the perfect time to co-create a sacred container for us to enter deep meditative states where our innate healing powers are most accessible to us. For this sound healing journey, I’ll be sharing shamanic & yogic techniques to clear, balance and restore our energies for deep relaxation. We will activate a Pachakuti Mesa which is an altar for accessing the totality of creation for self exploration, transformation and growth. The sounds of ethereal instruments including the Euphonic Array, Grotta Sonora Dream Catcher Gong, Elk Hide Shamanic Drum, Native American Flute, Didgeridoos, Crystal Tone and Tibetan Singing Bowls will also help us to experience a deeper state of inner peace and tranquility. The culmination of these healing modalities will support us in feeling light, expansive, peaceful, and empowered to flow with transformation & change that are of the highest alignment for us. Recommended Preparations: Please feel free to bring crystals into our space. Pink colored crystals like Rose Quartz, Pink Tourmaline, Mangano Calcite, Kunzite, & Morganite are wonderful for tuning into frequencies of unconditional divine love. Green crystals like Malachite, Jade, Serpentine and Seraphinite are also wonderful for the heart.
