Looking to learn more about risk awareness and practice self-defense techniques? Want to attend a fun, empowering class for you and other women in your family? This 3-day self-defense course for women is a wonderful way to build your confidence, learn more about safety strategies, and establish a “tool belt” of practical self-defense techniques. In this class, we teach (and practice!) techniques including striking, kicking, escaping bear hugs, ground defense, and more, all under the careful guidance of certified Rape Aggression Defense instructors. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions about local resources and practice physical techniques on pads and equipment. There is no experience required for this class, so come as you are!
