Arts Backstage 2023, presented by Los Portales benefitting the Jackson Arts Council, will be held inside and outside of the Ned Ray McWherter Cultural Arts Center in Downtown Jackson Tennessee on May 9 th at 5:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy live music, dance, literary arts, theatre performances, visual arts, film, dinner, drinks, a silent auction, and more! Performances include: Music from local artists Abbey Hubbard and Ontoni ReedyTheatre productions from the Ned and Hub City Theatre CompanyPoetry readings from the Griot CollectiveDance from Ballet Arts Inc. of JacksonGet a chance to shop for local art and meet dozens of local visual artists and filmmakers, including Stephanie Morales, Javier Yepez, Callie Wright, Bryce Miller, Don McClain, Janice Sumler, Emma Evans, and more! This event is a true celebration of the rich arts community of West Tennessee.
