The fourth of a quarterly collaboration with New Groove Artisan Brewery and Aegir Supper Club from Charlotte, NC - this event promises to be the most exciting yet, as we plan to have our meal outdoors - WEATHER PERMITTING.
Tables will be grouped in a circle around a bonfire as Chef J prepares your meal over flame in the traditional Nordic methods. Chef Colton plates, prepares, and serves each course as Head Brewer Jonathan Duke discusses the beer making process and tasting notes. The Supper Club is not only a fantastic dining experience, there is much to observe and learn throughout the meal as well.
Doors open at 6pm for a Cocktail Social Hour - the full taplist and to-go packaged beers will be available for purchase with our beertenders. Dinner service will begin around 7pm outdoors in a campfire circle setting - all of our indoor dining tables and chairs will be used outside for your maximum comfort. If weather does not permit this, you will dine in our lovely taproom as in previous dinners.
