Justin Oliver got his start in the real estate world as a 17 year old, stuffing envelopes with property fliers in the days before the internet. Since then he has traded and invested in real estate all over the world, and become a successful agent and broker in both Chicago and Metro Detroit. Justin is currently the Team Leader and investor partner of KW Metro, and KW City, the Chair of Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors Global Initiative and immediate past chair of the Government relations committee. He is also an avid investor, with a significant portfolio built around the BRRRR method, using creative financing. His passion is competitive golf, and he competes on the amatuer circuit in pursuit of his big goal, the US Amatuer. In his spare time he enjoys cooking (Because he likes to eat) and gardening (Because he likes to cook). He lives in Grosse Pointe with his wife, 1 yr old daughter, and golden retriever.
