ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR: Mignon Stephan is the founder of 1Raw Yoga established in 2018, located in Sanford, Fl. Mignon is a yoga instructor, healer, entrepreneur, nutritional advisor and more. She specializes in Hatha, Ashtanga, Chair, and Yin Yoga, Pranayama breathing techniques, Meditation, Rieki, and Aromatherapy. Mignon focuses on balance bringing yin and yang together. Her classes are usually intuitive based, having a blend of poses, breathing and aromatherapy. Mignon has been a certified Reiki practitioner since 2012 and offers healings by appointment. Mignon started her yoga journey in 2008 to help with chronic pain. She fell in love with the practice and the benefits. In 2016 she was inspired to travel to Rishikish, India, the yoga capital of the world where she obtained her yoga teacher training. When she got back to Florida she couldn’t find a yoga studio where she felt welcomed, relatable, or at home. This influenced her to create that space for others who may have had the same experience. Currently, Mignon works hard bringing yoga to the community making it relatable to different walks of life. She encouraged everyone to try yoga at least three times. Her goal is that everyone who takes her class feels connected, loved, and better at the end of class than they did when they first stepped on the mat. JOIN US! TOGETHER WE CAN HELP ST. JUDE CHANGE THE WORLD! As a part of this event, we are encouraging family and friends to support our fundraising efforts for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. St. Jude is a Charitable Partner.
