Deb “Mona Lisa” Coleman thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2017 as a Flip Flopper. She later thru-hiked the Pacific Crest Trail (2019) and Continental Divide Trail (2022), thus completing the Triple Crown. Deb is a Wilderness First Responder, volunteering with Shenandoah Mountain Rescue Group, and a Leave No Trace Master Educator.
