Natural Disasters Kitchen will be catering several events throughout the 2023 year. This particular dinner will showcase traditional Scottish cuisine. This Dinner comes with seven courses and two beverage pairings. Other beverages can be purchased while at the venue. This is a 21 years old and up event. David Metze, the Chef of Natural Disasters is creating traditional dishes inspired from his Escoffier Culinary education background. He graduated with honors and wants the local community to experience traditional food that he created throughout his time as a student.Partnering with Schab's Bier Den to also give you a tasting/pairing with your seven course meal. We will provide two tastings of different style beverages to compliment your dishes.
