Free Self Defense Workshop presented by Brenda Conner; Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for 34 years, with two Executive boxing and Kickboxing of America certifications, two Self-defense certifications, and a R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) certification. Things to know: There is limited space, so reserve your spot now!The first hour is an Instructional followed by a Practical where you will be able to practice guided moves.
