Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) is a phrase that broadly outlines the efforts a business or organization takes in order to create a more welcoming environment- a positive space for employees and customers from all walks of life. This training is designed to foster a foundational understanding, clarity, reflection, and discussion about the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Participants will be invited to collaborate in learning by sharing experiences, questions, and perspectives related to DEI in a thoughtfully facilitated environment. Participants will leave with an increased awareness to help guide further reflection, conversation, and action to promote diversity, equity, and to improve workplace culture and trust.
