Need a strength training goal to push yourself this spring? Want to join a fun community event for a great cause? The Form Lab is hosting its 1st annual deadlift competition on Saturday April 29th startig at 1pm. Register for either Men’s open, Women’s open, and/or Partner’s open categories! $10 registration ($15 if registering for male/female + partner), $5 spectator fee, proceeds will benefit the Maine Cancer Foundation! Registration open to all clients of The Form Lab, if new to TFL, simply register as a client w/ completed waiver prior to April 29th!
