Description

Relax the body with the soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, calm the mind with the guided meditation, and ignite an inner experience to the sounds of the gongs. You'll be surrounded by high vibrational crystals from all over the world to enhance the potency of the sound bath. The experience is about 45 minutes and takes place inside the Merkababe Designs Crystal and Jewelry boutique. We will start promptly at 6:15 so please arrive a few minutes before so you can settle in! Please bring a yoga mat or something to sit/lay on, something cozy like a small pillow or blanket, and maybe an eye mask. There is very limited space. Bonus points if you bring a journal!
