Yoga & beer?! Say no more. We'll move through a series of poses designed to increase flexibility and build strength, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. Stay after class for a BrewDog beer and 10% off your meal. This class is suitable for all levels, and modifications will be offered to accommodate different abilities.
