Mindful Collage & Connection Host: Stacia Boynton, LMHC Humarock, MA Tuesday March 21st 7-9pm EST One of my most used techniques to engage in self reflection and growth since expressive arts therapy school is collaging. It is a wonderful tool that is easily accessible to most and engages the body and brain in creative expression and regulation. This open studio is about the process of creating. It is a fun process that requires no experience. I have hundreds of magazines and magazine cut outs for you to sift through. You may join us on this night to start a new project or you may also decide to bring something in from home that you would like to continue. During this open studio there will be no guidance or direction for this expressive arts creating process. This is a self-lead creative experience for you to enjoy. The first hour will be a quiet space to collect images, create, and enjoy the warm studio and music. At 8pm we will slowly open the space to sharing our creations (optional) and connecting with others in the space. There is no experience necessary for this open studio. Although this open studio is therapeutic, this workshop does not provide clinical therapy services. This open studio is facilitated by Expressive Arts Therapist, and Sea to Believe Studio Owner Stacia Boynton, LMHC. Stacia is a licensed mental health counselor with a specialization in expressive arts therapy. Tickets are required. Sea to Believe Expressive Arts Studio Is located in Humarock on the first floor of Creating the Space. The parking lot is directly across from USPS and you may park in the spots that say transitions training located against the building and wheelchair ramp. Your Investment - $25 (Plus Ticketing Fees) Policies - Registration is open to adults 18+ - The studio is limited to 6 participants Refunds & Cancellations If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so within 48 hours to receive a refund.
