Registration opens 3/16 at 6:00 am Tour the spectacular Harry & Marilyn Fisher Preserve at Pompadour Bluff just outside of Ashland on a hike guided by Forest Ecologist and SOLC Land Steward Lyndia Hammer. Use your nature observation skills to find birds, reptiles, insects, nests, flowers and other signs of life. Guide: Lyndia Hammer Focus: Oak Woodlands and Wildlife Limit: 15 Meeting Location: Rite Aid Parking lot 2341 Ashland St, Ashland, OR 97520 Difficulty: One-mile of moderately difficult walking on and off trail on steep slopes at a slow pace with an elevation gain of up to 200 ft. Bathroom: None While Covid restrictions have lifted, please exercise precaution and stay home if you are feeling ill. Contact SOLC staff for a possible raincheck. As much as we love our furry friends at SOLC, pets are not allowed. SOLC does make exceptions for ADA service animals. Companion animals, however, are not allowed.
