There has been a lot of conversation and finger pointing about what makes our communities safe and why crime persists in Baton Rouge. We know that if we keep doing things the same way, nothing will change for the better. Join VOTE (Voice of the Experienced) on Saturday, April 1st for the launch our "UnJustified" campaign, focused on pre-trial incarceration and East Baton Rouge Parish Prison (a jail!). Our inaugural summit will take a closer look at key parts of our criminal justice system in Baton Rouge to see what works and what is actually adding to harms in our community. Lunch will be provided. Will you join us in exploring how we can build a safer and more just Baton Rouge for all?
