Real Talk Women's Lunch is about coming together, eating, laughing, and discussing topics going on in a woman's life. Topics being discussed will be dealing with chronic illness/disease, loss of a loved one and general loss including friends, jobs and more. Additional topics will be focused on mental health and how to overcome different traumas in your life. These lunches are geared towards how to find healing in these moments of our lives, how to connect with other women for support and how to move forward through adversity. Together we can love one another, support one another, and watch one another grow. Lunch will be served at each talk and an opportunity to donate towards the luncheons will be available.
