Sharonda LowerySharonda is Senior Business Director of Immunology at Eli Lilly. She is an award winning Immunology Sr. Business Director with Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, where she leads a top-performing sales team, across TX and NM. Her team is responsible for exceeding sales goals of over $80 million in revenue. Sharonda has proven agility to strategically innovate as a change-agent, impacting both national and cross-functional initiatives. Sharonda has approximately 18 years of sales and sales leadership experience across both large and small biotech and pharmaceutical companies. She has a diverse background of strategic innovation, cross-functional coaching, and people development in recruiting, on-boarding, and mentorship. Michelle GauldingMichelle Gaulding is an accomplished Sales and Marketing commercial leader in MedTech. She’s currently Vice President of Commercial Diverse Talent Strategy at Medtronic. In this role, Michelle is responsible for leading cross-functionally to develop strategies that deliver a transformative approach to attracting commercial talent able to shape business and improve the lives of patients. Michelle has over 20 years of leadership experience in her field. Her prior roles include Vice President of Regional Sales in a $300M Spine & Robotics market at Medtronic, as well as leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Market Access at GSK, and Johnson & Johnson. Her work has earned her recognition including President’s Club, Region of the Year, the National Sales Network Sales Diversity Champion award, and the Medtronic Sharon Piper Diggs Award for her significant impact on diversity, inclusion, and equity. Anita LoweAnita Lowe is the HIV Prevention Executive Director for the North-East Area at Gilead Sciences. She joined Gilead in September of 2019 and has been in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. Throughout Anita’s career she has held numerous roles in Field Sales, Sales Leadership, Market Research and Products and Markets Training. Anita earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Detroit-Mercy. She lives in the Detroit metropolitan area of Michigan with her husband Andre’; whom she affectionately calls the most wonderful man in the world. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, international travel, and Hot Yoga.
