Join Surfrider Foundation to learn about the fundamentals and benefits of an Ocean Friendly Garden. Take a walking tour of some of our certified gardens around Ventura and learn how to create your own Ocean Friendly Garden. We will start with a short classroom session inside the Maintenance Yard building at 336 Sanjon Rd. and proceed on foot to Loma Vista Elementary School to see an example garden. Participants should park in the main parking lot and meet in the lobby which is accessed thru the double doors.
