As we emerge from our winter cocoons, let's reconnect with the beauty and balance of our inner butterfly, so that we may enjoy the coming months! In this class we will be using guided visualization and watercolor to connect more deeply with our intuition. We have all of the answers to our stress and problems within us. We just need to create space for listening. Through this art and visualization discovery process we will figure out ways to find more balance in our daily lives.
Through mindful, embodied movement and breath will remove any stagnant energy that has collected from our dormant winter behaviors. This alone will create more alignment within and clear our paths for growth as we come into the spring.
Join me for this beautiful morning where we discover more about ourselves and leave feeling calm, yet re-energized and hopeful for all the beauty that is coming to our lives.
Prior art, yoga or meditation experience is not needed. Just bring an open heart and an open mind so you can truly enjoy your morning.

Please wear comfortable clothes
Bring water bottles
Please bring a yoga mat or thick blanket for the yoga practice. (No prior experience needed.)
