We currently have the following units available: These are shops in an industrial complex, however we can rent them for rehearsal space. You would have 24 hour access, however rehearsals cannot take place between 10 pm and 7 am. Two 20'x30' shops for $405/Month + Electric and $245 Deposit each- These shops should be available soon and we currently have seven people in line on the waiting list. All shop applicants must provide rental history and pass a background and credit check. One 18'x50' shop for $600/Month + Electric and $245 Deposit- This shop should be available soon and we currently have five people in line on the waiting list. All shop applicants must provide rental history and pass a background and credit check. Every move in will be charged a one-time $10.00 administrative fee. Storage units do not include any type of utilities. We do not rent individual parking spaces, only the parking spaces that come with each shop lease We do not rent shop space for marijuana growing or working on vehicles of any kind.
