About this event The Fit2Live Spring Fling is an in-house, 4 person, mixed gender partner competition. Male-Male-Female-Female. This friendly 4 person team event will be designed for members of all ages, skill sets and experience levels. The Spring Fling will be a great chance for everyone to have fun while getting some team competition experience under their belt at the friendly and supportive confines of Fit2Live. There will be plenty of F2L'ers and friends in attendance to support the hard work you put in. Grab a partner and then find two more partners to form your 4 person WOLF PACK. Even easier, get with your Fall Brawl Partner and then find another Fall Brawl partnership to team up with and you're done! Easiest yet, put your name down at the sheet below and we'll find a team for you! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bgwjQFrTFhe2HnAS5bDslJoGgpxwtxyo3smtwRfpIw4/edit?usp=sharing Competition Details: *Saturday, April 22nd from 9-11am (Gym will open at 8am) *No regular classes this day. *$30 per person to participate *Mixed gender partner competition *1 Division *You can bring a partner from another gym if they have CrossFit experience *3 Total Chippers, each scored on a time based completion. *Chipper #1=Gymnastics + Light Weight! *Chipper #2=Cardio! *Chipper #3=Grunt Work! *The workouts will be inclusive for all ages and skill sets, and experience levels, there will something that everyone can do in each workout and the weights will be manageable, each workout can be scaled as needed *Each participant will receive a competition t-shirt and will have a blast! *There will be no regular class this day. *Friends and family are welcome to come and spectate. Awards: Top Team and Best Team Spirit will share a banner to be hung with pride at Fit2Live.
