Welcome to our self defense class specifically designed for realtors! In this class, you will learn practical techniques to protect yourself while showing properties or interacting with clients.We understand that as a realtor, you may find yourself in unfamiliar or potentially dangerous situations, and we want to equip you with the tools and knowledge to stay safe. During this class, our experienced instructors will teach you effective self defense techniques such as how to break free from grabs, defend against strikes, and escape from dangerous situations. We will also cover important topics such as situational awareness, de-escalation techniques, and how to identify potential threats. In terms of what to wear, we recommend that you come dressed in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows for ease of movement. Avoid wearing tight or restrictive clothing, as this can impede your ability to move quickly and effectively. Athletic wear such as leggings or shorts paired with a t-shirt or tank top would be appropriate for this class. Sneakers or other athletic shoes with good traction are also recommended.
