If the weather cooperates, River Dinner will be held at our Riverside Yurt - an adventurous,15-minute hike down the hill through the forest to the river. If it is not on our side, it will be held at our Event Barn with the same incredible food, drink, and community. As with all of our events, we will begin around the fire with a complimentary beverage. The dinner will be served casually in several courses, meant to be enjoyed while communing with the forest, smelling the salt air on the dock, enjoying the company of old friends, and meeting new ones. Tickets are $95 each. Gratuity, additional beverages, and beverage tax are not included. Should you like to leave a server gratuity, you are welcome to do so via the add-ons on this ticketing page or onsite at the event. Due to the lack of electricity at the Riverside Yurt, the bar is cash only. FAQs - Here is the scoop! Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? As this is a pre-fixe meal, we are unable to accommodate any substitutions. We are able to accommodate pescatarian and gluten-free diets if we are notified at least one week prior to the event. Due to the seafood-focused nature of the event, we cannot accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets. Accommodations for other allergies or dietary needs are at the discretion of the culinary team and must be communicated and confirmed prior to the event. We do not have age requirements for this event. However, given our limited number of spots, all spots are the same price. It should be noted that our culinary events celebrate "slow food", and as such, this pace might not be suitable for children. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is available at the Tops'l Farm Event Barn. Once parked, transportation to the Riverside Yurt is NOT provided - you must be able to hike the 15 minutes to AND from the yurt. What can I bring to the event? Hiking shoes, layers, bug spray. A sense of adventure. Big appetites. Smiles for your neighbors and friends. Are drinks included? We always kick off our meals with a complimentary welcome beverage. Cancellation requests may be made up to seven days in advance of the event. Refunds are given in the form of credit for a future event, good for one year from the refund date. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place. Simply email [email protected] with the new guest's name and email. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, we will have your name on a list at check-in. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes. Can I bring my pet? This event is not suitable for pets. Can I bring my own wine/beer/liquor? No, but there will be a variety of options for you at our in-house bar.
