 Joa JanakoayasWhat is the Soulshine retreat at Majestic Mount Shasta about? It is six days of celebrating your inner peace, love and joy of your Authentic Self. Imagine freeing yourself from your regular routines to follow your deepest bliss for six days! This retreat is designed to help you bring out your insights, inspiration, and soul’s playful creativity in many ways We are going to have a lot of fun, but the greatest bliss is always available in our Great Loving Presence, which is not come from the world of phenomena. It is rediscovered through our intimacy with our divine Source, whatever you call it. This is deep healing and empowerment. As we evoke our Great Loving Presence, our perception of whatever we thought was unlovable gets washed clean. From this compassionate cleansing, we can allow ourselves to see the magic of each moment, like we once did when we were children. We are choosing these special days together to open our hearts to a super healing and empowering experience - as each person intends this for his or herself. We will be emotionally honest so we can transform whatever weighs us down. We will practice the basic and advanced skills of Spiritual Psychology, which essentially is how love heals and elevates our energy frequency. We will take back our mind, which to some degree has been hijacked by family and society programming, and this includes our own opinions. Beyond opinion, we will listen to our genuine voice in each living now moment. Then we will open ourselves up to be a channel for our higher mind, and whomever we each desire to bring through, whether that be an ascended master, spirit guide, angel, extraterrestrial, or subterranean. In this opened state, we will practice giving each other spiritual readings. Our many activities are carefully designed to support our blissful balance of yin and yang, AKA feminine and masculine aspects equally. For the yin component, there will be many opportunities to go within, meditate, contemplate, journal and converse with your higher self and inner child for a deep reset and rejuvenation. We will practice the Core Energy Meditation, Inner Bonding (reparenting your inner child with true love)Ancient Ascension MeditationHealing Touch How do you want to be touched? Ask and you shall receive!The miraculous Complete Cellular, Mind-Body Alignment, CCMBA. The Higher Self Alignment Practice (HISAP), Quantum Healing with the Freedom Code for lovingly assisting you with letting go of any trapped emotions and trauma memories if you have any moments that you don’t feel present and joyful. For the Yang component, we will gently raise our kundalini (our soul’s sacred fire) by practicing the I AM Breath to mystical music and BreathPlay to supercharge our hiking experience in the mountains. We will practice Relatefulness AKA Circling with Luc. What is Relatefulness? Its a kind of cross between Vipassana mediation and communication with others. Its about being very present with ourselves and the one we are relating with. In a typical human interaction, the the language of our mind tends to take precedence and filter out so much more that can be potentially experienced. Relatefulness is a heightened awareness way of connecting on multiple levels and thus provides ample opportunities for healing, growth and learning. We will celebrate our bodies with amazing movements with our dear awesome Aiyisha! We plan to climb high-up Mount Shasta, (but not to the summit,) so you might want to start training your body for this!! We will swim in pristine, rivers and lakes, frolic in waterfalls and bask in the warm sunshine. We will make music and sing sacred songs, and we will dance a lot! We will practice sacred ceremony with our ascended masters, angels and ancestors. We will direct our prayers for the healing of ourselves, our families, our communities, nations, and the entire earth, and all her creatures. Three more highlights the town will be invited to on three of our evenings. This will be an opportunity for you to mingle with our Mount Shasta spiritual community.
