 (Corner of Rte 39 & Oak St)  RAINDATE: Sunday, MAY 22 REGISTRATION NEW THIS YEAR! Sign up for one of two groups (Each group will be limited to 16 players. It is to your advantage to sign up as soon as possible). -Intermediate over age 50 -Intermediate/Advanced over age 21 (for those who want to have fun being challenged by youth or skill) EVENT SCHEDULE 8:00-8:30 Check-In

 8:45-9:45 Round 1 (3 games)
 9:45-10:15 Delicious Refreshments
 10:15-11:15 Round 2 (3 games)
 11:30 Winning Raffle Tickets Pulled EVENT RULES Advance registration required Random court assignments are final Players make own line calls Must be present to win raffles Must be able to play on rain date of Sunday, May 22 No refund if event is cancelled due to inclement weather both days. Participant Release form will be provided at check-in and must be signed prior to play TOURNAMENT PLAY Players randomly assigned to courts, 4 players per court Fence-side team serves 1st Games to 11-win by 1 Court monitors will write names of winners of each game on raffle tickets that will be placed in the special Winners’ Raffles Players rotate after each game within their group for a total of 3 games. After refreshment break, players are randomly assigned to new courts and again play 3 games (round robin). Proceeds from this event support the Harwich Children’s Fund a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing the highest possible quality of life for children and families in our community.
