Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services will be holding an informational session on the City of Menifee's new First Time Homebuyer Assistance Program. Come and learn about the $15,000 forgivable closing costs program being offered by the City of Menifee for eligible first-time homebuyers. NPHS will also be discussing their own down payment assistance program that offers up to $100,000. The event will take place on Saturday March 25th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the City of Menifee Council Chambers.
