UK meets USA! My Body (from the UK) will be flying to the states to collaborate with Limitless Possibilities 1010 to run a sensual movement workshop. The workshop will be a safe space for women to connect with their divine feminine and awaken their true power. Spaces are limited so book now to reserve your space to avoid disappointment. What is SENSUALITY?One of the most common taboo meanings for sensuality is associated with looking sexy and slutty and that is NOT true. Sensuality is a feeling. It is feeling your body deeply, being present with your senses. EVERY women is sensual. Sensuality is what makes you a woman. Being sensual does NOT make you slutty. Sensuality is being with the sensations, without judgement. Due to these beliefs, women find it awkward to dance, feels embarassed to shake their hips and twerk. These dance moves are actually spiritual practices. We women hold a lot of energy in our hips. We need to move it to release those trapped energy and traumas to tap into our full potential. What is this workshop about?In this workshop, you will be guided to connect with your divine feminine. We will be working with this powerful energy. We will give you the courage to be your true authentic self, give you the courage to be free, give you the courage to tap into you true power and give you the courage to be sensual. LuAna from Limitless Possibilties 1010 is a hynotherapist and a reiki healer will start the workshop with meditation and breathwork session. We will also be setting new intentions as it will be spring equinox. Second half of the workshop, we have Cilia from My Body who is a female embodiment coach, personal trainer and a dancer. She will be leading the sensual movement workshop. We will end the workshop with a small integration and a raffle!
