The yogis call breathwork “pranayama”,meaning energy control. In the modern age of being hyper-scheduled, hyper-stimulated, and hyper-stressed, our energy is anything BUT under control. It leaves us feeling drained, depressed, and burned out. In this workshop you’ll learn ancient breathwork techniques – infused with modern science – to manage stress, anxiety, and to deepen connection to yourself and life around you.
Be prepared for some deep diaphragmatic release and and introduction to some beginner and advanced breathwork techniques. You’ll also learn how to apply my signature Shift-Sustain-Release method for resetting the set-point of your nervous system from one of stress and anxiety to one of peace and calm. There is absolutely NO experience necessary and it’s open to all. All you need is a DESIRE to learn, to grow, and to improve your life. Are you ready for that?
