We believe that all the above theories on the origin of dance have a certain truth, but they are not very complete and comprehensive, because dance is a social phenomenon in human life, and its origin is not single, just like the composition of everything in the world, but has multiple factors, so people advocate the "comprehensive theory of labor". That is to say, dance originates from human's labor practice in seeking survival and development and other needs of various life practices. To be more specific, dance originates from the simulation and reproduction of labor production (hunting and farming), sex, fitness and combat training and other activities of ancient human in seeking survival and development. As well as totem worship, witchcraft religious sacrifice activities and the need to express their own feelings and thoughts of the internal impulse. Together with poetry and music, it is one of the earliest art forms in human history.
