Cardio Sculpt (Previously Jazzercise)Every Monday & Wednesday. Includes heart pumping dance cardio, targeted muscle work, stretching & cool down. Instructor, Serena has been teaching Jazzercise for over 2 years. If possible, please bring your own hand held weights (between 2lbs -10lbs is recommended) . Class starts promptly at 6pm-don't be late. It will last approx 60 min.
