Salud is grateful and excited to welcome everyone for our next gathering, Te Veo: A Salud Mental Health Series & Discussion. Join us at NYCH Art Gallery in Pilsen on Thursday, 3/30 at 6:30 PM for our culminating gathering. We will be following a social and discussion format. All are welcome to attend. RSVP only and required to respect capacity and space. Free to Pilsen residents & suggested $25 RSVP for general public to cover costs of venue and event. By RSVP'ing, registering, and attending the event, Te Veo: A Salud Mental Health Discussion, I understand, agree, and consent to the following: In consideration of the risk of injury that exists while participating in Te Veo: A Salud Mental Health Discussion (hereinafter the "Activity"); and I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, "Releasor", "I" or "me", which terms shall also include Releasor is under 18 years of age), knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the Activity; and I hereby release and forever discharge Te Veo: A Salud Mental Health Discussion, located at, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns (collectively "Releasors"), from any physical or psychological injury that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation and consumption in the aforementioned Activity.
