All materials are provided for this hands-on class using a pressure canner to safely can carrots. Just bring a hair restraint, closed-toed shoes and your lunch. While product cools during lunch, Horticulture Agent, Carolyn Saft will talk about growing carrots, so bring your gardening questions! Limited seating. No refunds. UF/IFAS Suwannee Co.
